Erynne was so delighted by the birth of her niece that I could feel the glow of it from outside the room.
We ended up singing about human names - I may never really understand, but it might be a good idea for us to both to take a trip over to London for their naming ceremonies.
I must also talk to that Giles the Watcher about discovering Old Snaky's true name.
Might be better if I ask Erynne to do it, though. That Watcher guy has a way of calling me Mr McLeod and then just waiting for me to tell him something different. OK, a tactitian might tell you that your enemy's enemy is your ally - but the trouble is, you don't want an ally that knows nothing, but one who knows too much can be just as big a danger to you...
