I guess that’s true, from what I’ve heard.
The Human race is quite absurd,
But now I’m looking at the quote,
Did he believe the thing he wrote?
I guess he did, most Humans know,
But most remember, life’s a show.
And even they might not believe
How little Humans can perceive.

Humans are entertaining creatures and their minds work in interesting ways. You have to allow for it. Do you know that they can just forget anything too complicated for them? They’ve got really strict rules about what’s possible so a lot of them don’t see what’s really there.

(Nobody who looks like a person can just turn to light and smoke and fly away, right? I ain’t saying that statement’s right or wrong, but most humans wouldn’t believe it if they saw it, unless they knew that a camera had showed that it happened. They even used to say “the camera never lies,” once. So they got to inventing until now the camera can lie as well as a human mouth, maybe better.

I’ll tell you something. Lying to someone’s one of the easiest ways to send them crazy, especially when the lies are to children. Liars can send themselves crazy – maybe liars have to be crazy before they start all the inventing. They just let go of reality for themselves and everyone else.)

Humans have interesting memories, too. Most of them just lose the things that hurt them too much, or that make them too angry. Ever noticed that most people don’t lie to people they feel are equals and they don’t lie to people they trust? Some humans don’t trust themselves, ever; they lie to themselves. That’s one way that humans can go insane as a response to reality…

For some humans going insane may be a really short trip – but for most of them it’s a Hell of a long road back.
