Theatrical Muse; What is your worst character flaw?

That's an interesting question. Nobody can really answer a question like that for themselves, not honestly, so I'm tempted to respond - from whose viewpoint?

I've heard it sung that I'm arrogant. That might be true. I've also been accused of having the attention span of a human kid. (Well, that was after a Gig at a place called The Bronze. They had security cameras and I kind of got picked up on-screen as being all set to take a bride one moment, and ready to fry her sister a couple of seconds later. Of course, sometimes things aren't quite what they seem.

I've been accused of being devious, too, and of being a scheming, manipulative son of a bitch - and that ain't at all fair to my mother, I'm telling you. I do have trouble answering a straight question, but that’s partly from my training. Humans are way too curious, anyway.

But the question asks about my worst flaw. Well, from the human viewpoint - I’m an empath, but just because I know what you’re feeling doesn’t mean I care what you’re feeling. That can really bug humans, but think about it. Most of you can see or hear, but do you care about what you see and hear? Everything? Always?

Ah, and the one that always gets the humans acting heated is holding Gigs where some of the cast get hot numbers. They just tend to combust – but that’s not a character flaw, that’s just an entertaining little side-effect of my magic.

Okay, I guess some people would say my big flaw is that I’m too inclined to make my own entertainment.
