Apr. 13th, 2003 08:35 pmA lot of the guys at Willy's claim to travel by dimensional portal, especially the Big Bads and the wannabes. We talk about it, but most of us know that if you get a bad connection by portal the travel hazards can include landing in a vacuum or having your innards made into a belt by a passing Drokken.
Willey's cliental can be a rough bunch, but if you see some big-talking macho-type arriving by bike it's polite not to notice. I usually just smoke over between my own bases, unless there's something to carry, but the old theatre is so far outside Sunnydale that I often come into the town by 32 bus. People can tell by the singing, of course, especially if there's a schedule problem and passengers get heated about it - but the guys are pretty tactful about it as a rule. I walk the last quarter-mile or so to the bar, anyway.
