Waiting for Erynne

When I'd finished with the GEC gig I smoked straight out of the Haunted House, back to Sunnydale.

I checked through town as I went - I just didn't know where the demon might have taken Erynne's body, or what kind of shape it might be in.

I knew that the demon drank alcohol, and it'd seemed have pretty basic ideas about how to spend its leisure-time.

(I'd got the impression that it regarded her body as disposable. Those demons kind of use things up, and move on. Erynne's sensible about not setting off human mob-reflexes, too, but the demon could have done anything...)

I couldn't find a trace of her, or anyone who'd seen her. In the end I decided to go back to William Tallisker House and wait for her here...
