Getting on with it.

I'd been letting things get me down a bit,but it does no good, so I've been getting on with what I came back for.

I found the Diran. I just meant to pay what I owe but one thing led to another and - I've hired her. (Her job description doesn't include Minioning, but apparently you can put an employee on retainer here and it comes to almost the same thing, except that it works out much cheaper. )
