Survival skills

We're still learning the combat skills - but my skills have always been different. It's like instinct for me to use mojo, if I can. Reflex. (firewalled.That kind of thing ain't really my style, either, but I'm trying to learn.

The Little Wolf has some things to learn, too. I'm going to have her take us through a portal as soon as I get some things set up. I sent Nixi to check out the portals and she met someone I'd rather Erynne didn't. Once I've found a really safe route Little Wolf gets to use a disk with the chants - then she'll have to work out where we are. I thought the Orient - that'll be enough of a challenge without throwing in off dimensional wildlife. She'll get to bring us back, too, after we've had a bit of a workout and sampled the local cuisine.

I was thinking about going into Icewinds' territory, earlier. I guess they owe us something for killing Lamia, but I don't know how they'd react to the Little Wolf on their turf. Every now and again something reminds me that the Danseen woman took the old talisman - and that the Icewinds Shamans know how to recharge it. End firewall.
